Redemption Instructions

• All our trips are first come, first serve based on cruise space available at that time.Your Voucher is a "Free Sale" and can be used on any one of our scheduled cruises. We suggest being at the ticket booth to redeem your voucher for a boarding pass at least one hour prior to the desired cruise time you want, we start boarding 15 minutes prior to each cruise. Ticket booths are located at 401 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33132 (Through the colorful flags by the 4th Street entrance.) • Please check in as soon as you arrive to get your boarding pass for next available trip. • Cruise times: Monday-Sunday Starting at 11AM departing every hour until at least sunset daily.
