Meeting and Pickup
Please check in at one of our Island Queen Cruises ticket booths located throughout Bayside: blue/pink booths with white-shirt staff Near the entrance flags & Ben’s Pizza Near Coyo Taco & Big Bus booth Main booth: near Black Market & Pier 5 We return to the original departure point.
Redemption Instructions
• All our trips are first come, first serve based on cruise space available at that time.Your Voucher is a "Free Sale" and can be used on any one of our scheduled cruises. We suggest being at the ticket booth to redeem your voucher for a boarding pass at least one hour prior to the desired cruise time you want, we start boarding 15 minutes prior to each cruise. Ticket booths are located at 401 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33132 (Through the colorful flags by the 4th Street entrance.) • Please check in as soon as you arrive to get your boarding pass for next available trip. • Cruise times: Monday-Sunday Starting at 11AM departing every hour until at least sunset daily. Relax on the upper sightseeing deck for a fully narrated tour, or visit the lower deck to meet our partners at Club Travalia. Halfway through the cruise, guests can opt into a voluntary raffle for exclusive travel promotions. All promotional activities are 100% optional-your time on board is entirely yours to enjoy
