This is Colombian home cooking with the guidance of a chef and none of the stiffness of a classroom. You’ll taste seasonal fruits, prepare el algo (our word for a little something between mealsin the afternoon) and cook side by side, with clear guidance when you need it and plenty of room to try, taste and make it your own.
