Customer info on the voucher: 1. Please arrive 10 minutes early. You won’t be able to join the tour or receive a refund if you are late. 2. The guide will arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time. You may contact us if your guide is late. 3. Submitting a review as a no-show is a violation of cancellation policy. 4. Tips are greatly appreciated if you are satisfied with the tour. 5.
