When your cruise arrives at the port and you are ready to disembark, exit through the port gates. You will see an avenue in front of you—please cross the street toward the OXXO convenience store located on the corner. Outside the OXXO, we will be waiting for you. Your guide will be holding a sign with the name on your reservation. Please show your digital booking confirmation to your guide for verification.
