- One-Day Pass: Children under 2 years are free of charge but will not be entitled to a seat.

- Night Tour: Tickets are required for all children, regardless of age.

- Children aged 2-17 years must be accompanied by an adult.

- Due to limited seating, seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance seat reservations are not available, and seat requests on-site are not accepted.

- Tours are operated using multiple buses. If you wish to ride with family and friends on the same bus, please book together with the same booking reservation number.

- Upon reaching the meeting point for the night tour, the tour guide will escort you to the bus boarding point.

- This tour is not wheelchair accessible.

- Guests will be provided with raincoats during the rainy season.

- Due to water works near A-Ma Temple, our stop "A-Ma Temple" will be suspended until further notice.

- On the first Tuesday of every month, the night tour will depart at 9:30 PM instead of 9:40 PM.
