Special Instructions You are required to contact Over the Falls Tours a minimum of 24-Hours Prior to your scheduled service date and time to confirm your Walking Tour directly at 1-716-283-8900 (phone) or customerservice@overthefallstours.com (email). Please arrive at the Power Portal Archway 10 minutes prior to your scheduled Walking Tour time. NOTE: The time you must meet your Guide is earlier than the time that your Walking Tour is scheduled. --------------------------------------------------------- *IMPORTANT NOTE: If you’re Walking Tour date/time and Meeting Point Instructions have not been confirmed directly with Over the Falls Tours, or if your confirmed service date and time is not accurate or has changed, you are required to contact Over the Falls Tours at least 24 hours prior to your confirmed service date and time by calling 716-283-8900.
