Redemption Instructions

The purchase of entrance to Machu Picchu is done at the office of the Ministry of Culture in Aguas Calientes. Our team will provide assistance during the purchase process. It is mandatory to present an original passport in force. It is recommended to go on day 1 of the itinerary as soon as possible to ensure availability. The exact timetable and point of attendance will be confirmed in advance.

Pickup Information

✅ Pickup is included from hotels located within the historic center of Cusco. ✅ Passengers should wait in the hotel lobby 30 minutes before the scheduled time. ✅ Due to access restrictions on some streets (such as San Blas), pickup will take place at the nearest accessible point. ✅ For passengers staying outside the historic center, the meeting point will be in the Plaza de Armas or Plaza Regocijo. ✅ Details of the pick-up or meeting point will be confirmed in advance after booking.
