Redemption Instructions

After purchasing a ticket for Machu Picchu, it's important to note that refunds are not available. This policy is in place due to the limited availability of tickets and the strict no-refund policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Pickup Information

Passengers will be picked up from their hotels if they are located near the city center. However, for hotels outside the city center, the designated meeting point will be in Cusco's main square. Additionally, pick-up is available in Ollantaytambo for passengers boarding the train to Machu Picchu.
