If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

Redemption Instructions

Your official Machu Picchu entrance tickets and Vistadome train vouchers will be delivered to you digitally via the Viator messaging platform or WhatsApp 24–48 hours before your tour begins. Please ensure you have these downloaded on your mobile device or printed out. Your private guide will also have physical copies as a backup. Crucial: You must present your original physical passport (not a copy or photo) at all checkpoints and when boarding the train. Without your original passport, the tickets will not be considered valid by the authorities.
