Meeting and Pickup
Directions: the Check-in point for boarding the boat is located right next to PIER 5. You will see "Tequila and Mezcal" bar and next to it is our blue sales stand, where you will complete your Check-in with our guide wearing "Miami Aqua Tours" logo T-shirt
Redemption Instructions
How to Get There: Once you are inside Bayside Marketplace, head toward the Ferris Wheel. The meeting point is directly across from the Hard Rock Cafe Go down the stairs toward the dock level Look for the line in front of Landshark Bar & Grill (located below Hard Rock Cafe) The line will be under the red umbrellas Check-In Instructions : Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled boarding time Remain in the line under the red umbrellas A member of our crew will approach the line 15 minutes before departure to check you in and provide your physical ticket ⚠️ Important Notes : Late arrivals may miss the tour and tickets are non-refundable Parking is available at Bayside Marketplace (paid parking) If you need assistance finding the meeting point, please contact us immediately Please note that the voucher does not guarantee the seat assignment, passengers will go on board the vessel according to the order of arrival to the boarding line. -If the client did not have a previous reservation, he / she will be accommodated on the next boat with available space (depending on availability). - If the client wants to board a specific boat, he / she must call in advance to reconfirm that the boat required is available for that date. - In case of bad weather, hurricane, malfunction of the boat or any regulation of the Coast Guard of the EE. UU that prevents the departure of ships, customers will be transferred to the next boat or available departure time. - The tickets are 100% NOT REFUNDABLE - If the customer has a reservation made or a purchase with a specific schedule already booked (web among others) and does not meet your reservation will not be relocated and you will lose 100% of your purchase. Miami Aqua Tours is the ONLY one that can totally cancel the operation of your boats and provide the refund or credit back if we have no way to relocate customers on a boat ** Tickets are 100% NON REFUNDABLE.
