For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

• Dress code is smart casual,  can be shorts, light t-shirts, comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses and sunblock, hats or caps • Please note: entrance tickets and transport included. You must to show your voucher to our tour guide • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. • If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Hotel name or your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made • Not recommended for participants with back problems Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

Pickup Information

If your hotel is not listed above, you can send a message to us saying where your hotel is located. If you are staying in an Airbnb, you have to go to the closest hotel to meet your guide. The transfers won`t pick you up and drop you off at the Airbnb places.
