Redemption Instructions

We will contact you at the WhatsApp number provided in the booking to send you your train tickets, official entrance to Machu Picchu and full directions of the excursion. You can also visit us in our office: Calle San Andrés No 220, interior office 120, Cusco. If you prefer, our team can approach your hotel with prior coordination.

Pickup Information

Pickup is included from hotels, Airbnb or accommodations located in Cusco’s historic center and nearby areas. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed one day prior to the WhatsApp tour or Viator message. If the accommodation is located on a street that is difficult to reach, we will coordinate a close and secure meeting point. At the end of the experience, the return transfer will be to your hotel or agreed point in Cusco.
