For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
If the customer cannot provide the address of the place where he is staying , he can enter it in special requierement, or if the "ALI hotel" is very close to him, he can choose it as a pick-up point.
Redemption Instructions
• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended Hotel pickups commence prior to this time
Pickup Information
We pick up all our customers from all hotels and guest houses where they are staying and inside Marrakech city; -We will allow our clients to provide an ideal meeting point or an easily accessible place for them, such as restaurants, cafes or famous locations by using location techniques via WhatsApp, Google Maps or Maps Me for example. -We will provide our customers with contact support (phone number available all day) to plan any planned IPMP and any last-minute changes in activity. -For hotels and guest houses where access is impossible by car, our team will meet our guests at their place of stay and accompany them to the minivan -For hotels outside a radius of 07 kilometers (4.35 miles),additional charges can be imposed depending on the number of passengers and the address of the hotel.
