Redemption Instructions

English Do not use this voucher for boarding. Your official QR ticket will be sent by email and WhatsApp within 30 minutes of booking. Look for buses branded "CITY TOUR". This ticket is for a non-stop sightseeing loop (no hop-on hop-off). Passengers must remain on the bus. Boarding stops: Route 1 (Blue – Historic Madrid): Calle Felipe IV s/n (between Prado Museum & Ritz Hotel) Route 2 (Green – Modern Madrid): Plaza de Neptuno Español No utilice este comprobante para abordar.
