• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.

Pickup Information

We will meet you at Domestic or International Arrivals with a meet and greet sign with your name clear depicted on the sign. If you have checked in luggage we will assist you and escort you to your waiting Limousine which is parked in the adjacent Limousine Bay. The Chauffeur will then drive you to your destination without delay and will answer any questions you may have about Cairns/Port Douglas and it’s many attractions. At your Hotel you will be guided to reception and bid farewell.
