READ THIS! TOUR TIME ON YOUR TICKET IS YOUR CHECK-IN TIME, NOT YOUR DEPARTURE TIME. DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY. THE RESERVATION TEAM IS AVAILABLE FROM 8AM-4PM DAILY. IF YOU NEED RESERVATION ASSISTANCE AFTER 4PM THE DAY OF YOUR TOUR, PLEASE REFER TO YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAILS AND VOUCHERS AS ALL INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND THERE. WE ARE CLOSED FROM 4PM-6PM TO GET READY FOR OUR MANTA TOURS. 1st, proceed to our store to check in. Keauhou Shopping Center, 78-6831 Alii Dr (Located in courtyard behind Tropics Tap House & Bianelli's). Park & walk into courtyard area. 2nd, you will drive to Keauhou Bay, QR code for directions provided at checkin. Transportation to store & to Keauhou Bay is guest responsibility. If Ubering, schedule 2 stops in app so driver will wait for you. No need to return to store post trip. KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: This is an intermediate ocean tour Must know how to swim approx. 30 min in the water Min. age: 6yrs old. Minors must be accompanied adult whether in water or on boat Not for those with heart, neck, back problems or serious medical conditions PARKING at Bay: Parking is on the street along Kaleiopapa Street (don't park in boat trailer/wash down areas) WHAT TO BRING: * Arrive in swim attire, easy to kick off shoes (barefoot boat); towel; small bag for personal items; Gratuity appreciated. Unless Ubering, please leave large bags and towels in your vehicle during checkin. No refunds or re-rides if we do not see mantas. If you do not show for your tour or arrive late, we do not offer reschedules, credits or refunds, no exceptions. If minimum passengers are not met, you will be offered an alternative tour or full refund. If tour is canceled due to unsafe conditions, we will contact you to reschedule. Tours run in rain.
