Enter Bayside Marketplace and walk straight to the water. Turn right and head to Hard Rock Cafe. Near Hard Rock, take the stairs on the left (opposite Lombardi’s). At the bottom, turn left; straight ahead under an umbrella check in with Water Taxi staff. Please aim to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays. Check-in closes 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you miss the cruise there are no refunds as we have strict reservations. Cruises depart on time and cannot be held for latecomers If you decide to hop off the boat in South Beach, you will need to reserve a return boat time with the captain on the boat before you disembark. On the last departure each day, if you hop off in South Beach there is no return boat later that evening. If you need to reschedule your booking within 24-hours of departure, please call the local operator (Attractions4Us) at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Daily 9.00AM - 5.00PM; Emergency Hours 5.00PM - 8.00PM. There is a $15 per person rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability. There are no refunds If you purchased a combination with the Hop-on Hop-off Bus Ticket – your activity voucher will act as your voucher for check-in with Miami Double Decker. Paid parking is available at the Bayside Marketplace Parking Garage or at meters around Bayfront Park. There is valet parking behind the Hard Rock Cafe
