Disruptive passengers may be asked to disembark at another dock in the city at their own expense.

Please arrive on time. The boat waits up to 10 minutes past departure. After that, late arrivals are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.

Every passenger, regardless of age, must pay a fare.

Trips require a minimum of 3 passengers. If fewer are booked, we'll contact you to reschedule, upgrade to a private trip, or purchase the missing seat.
