Meeting and Pickup
Cruise departs from Water Taxi Miami at Bayside Marketplace, 401 Biscayne Blvd. Walk to the water, turn right toward Hard Rock Cafe—dock is down the stairs at Mambo’s Bar. Check in on arrival. Bus departs hourly 9am–3:30pm (Lincoln Rd) & 10am–2:30pm (Bayside Visitor Center).
Redemption Instructions
Payable by Attractions4Us Cruise Meeting location: Enter Bayside Marketplace and walk straight to the water. Turn right and head to Hard Rock Cafe. Near Hard Rock, take the stairs on the left (opposite Lombardi’s). At the bottom, turn left; straight ahead under an umbrella check in with Water Taxi staff. Please aim to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled cruise departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays. Cruise check-in closes 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you miss the cruise there are no refunds as there are strict reservations. Cruises depart on time and cannot be held for latecomers. You will be scheduled to do the Double Decker City Bus Tour the same day as your cruise – either before or after. If you need to change the day you do this bus tour, contact Attractions4Us at reservations@attractions4us.com or by phone (+1 212 512 0515) no later than 6pm the day before your cruise date. If you need to reschedule your booking within 24-hours of departure, please call the local operator (Attractions4Us) at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Daily 9.00AM - 5.00PM; Emergency Hours 5.00PM - 8.00PM. There is a $15 per person rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability. There are no refunds Your activity voucher will act as your voucher for check-in with Miami Double Decker. Your reservation is under the name of the lead traveler on this reservation. The Double Decker City Bus Tours depart at least every hour from 9.00am - 3.30pm from 305 Lincoln Ave, and 10am - 2.30pm from Bayside Marketplace. Paid parking is available at the Bayside Marketplace Parking Garage or at meters around Bayfront Park. There is valet parking behind the Hard Rock Cafe
