Redemption Instructions

We come to pick you down your ship, please do not walk away. • Minimum age is 14 years (to ride a bicycle) however, if younger child can ride a bicycle, will can allow him after a check and a release of liability. • Children 7 to 9 years must weight less than 35kg/77lbs • Not recommended for pregnant women • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund • If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made. • English and French speaking guide guaranteed; others subject to availability • Participants must not be afraid of riding on busy streets in close proximity with lots of cars • Tour can be bilingual Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

Pickup Information

Please wait down your ship your guide will meet you there at the time specified. Meeting time may change, you will be informed 1 day earlier. IMPORTANT Last minute bookings (<24h) must call/txt whatsapp/mob number +33 782 007 347 to confirm availabilities. • If there is no one at the meeting point, the driver may be a little late. You can call +33 782 007 347 and you have to wait at least 30 minutes more before leaving the premises before asking any refund. • No refund greater than the amount paid can be granted. At the end, you will have choice to stay and spend time in the city then take a free shuttle back to ship or take our free shuttle van that will go back to the ship later in the afternoon (return time will be given at the end of the tour). No refund if our shuttle back is not used
