Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Ticket vouchers may be used only once and may not be duplicated or photocopied.  In the event that ticket vouchers are electronically distributed, ticket vouchers may be printed or scanned only once.  Ticket vouchers may not be redeemed for products, previous purchases, online orders, gift cards, cash or store credit. No cash value, credit or change will be given.  Ticket vouchers may not be combined with any other discount or employee discount.  In the case of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these terms and conditions, Mystic Seaport Museum reserves the right to take all available legal or administrative action. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply.
