• In order to download your self-guided app, please search for ""Pop Guide"" on Google store or Apple store. You can also access to your audioguide by copying and pasting the following link into your browser: https://unlockmy.guide/ZH1qUU9QVn4fXZ5C8 • Download the "Pop Guide" app and login using the following credentials: - Username: RRW-000223 - Password: 19094 • PLEASE ENSURE TO DOWNLOAD THE APP BEFORE THE TOUR. Once downloaded, the app can be used offline. • Please ensure that you bring earphones and have enough battery on your phone to enjoy all the content of the self-guided app once inside Abbey of Mont Saint Michel. --------- • Please be 15 minutes prior to departure time at the meeting point. • Our City Wonders guides will be holding a sign at the meeting point for easy recognition. • To enter into the Abbey requires a strict dress code. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women • All clients who are traveling with infants to bring their own infant or child seat. • Please note there is a free shuttle between the Mont St Michel coach parking and the town. In Spring and Summer, you may be required to wait due to the popularity of the site. Walking from the parking to the Mont St Michel (or vice versa) takes 40 minutes. • Gratuities for your guide/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated! • City Wonders is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged. Guests should ensure they keep track of their items throughout the entire duration of the tour. Please note that any additional shipping costs related to retrieved items will not be covered by City Wonders. • For the comfort of all passengers, hot beverages and food are not permitted on the bus.
