Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

Present your mobile or printed voucher to your guide at the port meeting point. Your guide will be holding a sign with your name. No ticket exchange required—your booking confirmation is sufficient.

Pickup Information

Once your ship docks, exit through the port security gate and turn left. Your tour guide will be waiting with a sign displaying your name. We recommend disembarking early, giving you approximately 30 minutes to meet your guide before the tour starts.
