- Mandatory Details: Passenger info is required at booking, including date of birth, food allergies, title/gender (for rooming), and a contact phone number. - Dietary Requirements: Please advise any dietary needs at booking. We travel to remote areas with limited options, so prior notice is essential. - Medical Conditions: Notify the operator of any medical conditions at booking. Guests must be able to walk unaided for 2–3 hours. - Fitness Level: A moderate to high fitness level is required. Walks may be up to 3 km over steep, rocky terrain and in full sun. Participation is at the guide’s discretion. A doctor’s certificate is required for travellers over 75, submitted at least 30 days before departure. - Age Restrictions: Children aged 6–17 must be with an adult/guardian and stay in private twin rooms. The tour is not suitable for children 5 and under. - Accommodation Options: Basic Shared (MA3-B): Adults 18+ only in shared bunk rooms with communal bathrooms. Private Double/Twin (MA3-S): Adults and children in twin/double rooms with ensuite (must book Qty2). Private Single (MA3-P): Adults 18+ in a single room with ensuite. Upgrades subject to availability. - Mobility: Not suitable for mobility-impaired travellers or those using wheelchairs, prams, walkers, or strollers. - Baggage: Limited storage. Each guest may bring 1 x 23 kg bag (one-way tours only) and 1 x 5 kg day bag. Advise if travelling with large or extra luggage. - Itinerary Variations: Routes may change due to weather, road conditions, or park closures.
