Unlike standard cooking schools, this class combines a lively local market visit with an authentic organic farm experience. Guests don’t just cook — they also feed and hug chickens, collect eggs, and explore a mushroom hut before heading to a cozy open-air kitchen. What makes it truly special is the focus on knowledge and culture: our instructors explain Thai herbs, spices, sauces, and traditions in detail, so you leave not only with delicious dishes but also with a deeper understanding of Thai cuisine and daily life. With small group sizes and hands-on guidance, it feels more like joining a family meal than attending a class.

Pickup Information

If you book for 9.00am session, the pick-up time is around 8:30–9:00 AM. But if you book for 12.00pm session, the pick-up time is around 11.30am-12.00pm. Please wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The driver will meet you there. For guests without pick-up, please meet at Charoen Charoen Market at the event time.
