Redemption Instructions

Please note what you have purchased does not confirm your date of show. We will contact you if your requested date is not available.Please keep an eye on your email, as your tickets will be sent there within 24 hours of your booking being made. Tickets will be reserved for your requested date by Gray Line Orlando through the Medieval Times e-ticking portal. You will be sent an email directly from Medieval times with your show confirmation number, that will allow you entry into the castle. If you have not received your email within 24 hours of purchase please call Gray Line ticketing office on 407-522-5911 or email us on orlando@grayline.com
