Redemption Instructions

• A valid Photo ID is required on the day of travel. • Please reconfirm the activity with your Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC),Please contact +971 56 504 0565 (Call/WhatsApp) or email to bookings@odysseydmc.com before your visit day/time. • You will receive an instant confirmation email after booking, but it cannot be used to redeem the counter • You will receive another separate email after the booking is made. Kindly download the voucher and present it to the counter together with the photographic ID. • Hotel pick up & Drop off included (Only if Option selected) • Please make your own arrangement to Madame Tussauds Museum located at Blu waters Island Dubai, United Arab Emirates.( If transfer Option not selected) • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment • Outside foods are not allowed.

Pickup Information

• Your centrally located Dubai Hotels only ( Only if transfer option selected) • For guests staying in any Private Residence or Villa in Dubai, the pick-up can be arranged(Location link mandatory). • Pick-up service from Jebel Ali Hotels, Bab Al Shams, or from Al Maha Desert Resort or others locations ( which is not in the City limit) are available only at the additional cost upon request based on your location.
