For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
Please proceed directly to the entrance of Madame Tussauds and scan the barcode to enter. The date listed on your voucher is your date to enter Madame Tussauds. Gondola Package Only: • Please visit Madame Tussauds box office FIRST in order to receive your voucher for the Gondola boat ride. • The Gondola boat departs from outside the Venetian Resort, a short walk from Madame Tussauds Las Vegas. • The Gondola boat voucher can be redeemed any day within 7 days of collection. • Reservations are required and must be booked in person. • Boat operating hours can be found at www.venetian.com/resort/attractions/gondola-rides Meal Package Only: • If you purchased the package that includes with the Rockhouse meal voucher, you must visit Madame Tussauds Las Vegas first to collect your meal voucher. You will be given the meal voucher after your ticket is processed at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas. • If Rockhouse package selected the meal voucher cannot be used for taxes and gratuities. No cash value or refunds allowed, it cannot be used towards room bill or charges and must be used in its entirety in one visit, no change will be given.
