Redemption Instructions

***ACTION REQUIRED*** It is the responsibility of the passengers to call 212-812-9000 to make reservations at least 24 hours in advance for return transfers from their hotel to the airport. Call Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you do not call to make your reservation, you will NOT be picked up. Go Airlink NYC can provide ADA wheelchair accessible vehicles. Reservations required. Please send flight and hotel information to reservations@airlinknyc.com no later than 72 hours before the arrival. The following items are prohibited from being brought into Go Airlink vehicles: alcoholic beverages, glass containers, smoking, firearms, explosives and fireworks.

Pickup Information

We pickup at Manhattan hotels located between 30th and 64th Street only
