Meeting and Pickup
Please reach the ferry office in Mersing harbor centre (location on maps will be shared 24 - 48 hours prior to travel date) and collect the boarding pass 1 hour prior to the departure time. Then please walk to Mersing jetty and provide your boarding pass to the crew for the verification purposes.

We will drop you to the Genting Jetty.

Special Note: Tioman Ferry timings are varying from one day to another. So once you have made the reservation, we will send you the available time slots (usually between 7.00 to 4.00 PM) in advance and you can choose the best time slot for you. We will finalize everything within 24 hours after your response received (don't worry, we will take arrangements same day, if your booking is one day away). So your spot is 100% guaranteed and no last minute hassles. Thank you!
