Redemption Instructions

• All guest must carry Original Passport on the day of tour departure. • Please provide (Odyssey DMC) with your full hotel name and room number while reconfirming your pickup time.The pick up time indicated on the web page is an approximation only. Please reconfirm your exact pick-up time at the given number in order to avoid inconveniences. • If you didn’t receive the voucher which includes a barcode/7digit order number from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC),Please contact +971 56 504 0565 (Call/WhatsApp) or email to bookings@odysseydmc.com before your visit day/time. • The duration of tour mentioned is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic condition. • The local tour operator reserves the right to cancel any part of the scheduled programs because of government decisions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other similar circumstances. • Languages: All Excursions are bilingual and are conducted in English as well as either German or Spanish.The guide will speak both languages during the tour. • We recommend to “dress for the weather” bearing in mind it is usually cooler on the sea compared to the shore side and extremely hot in the summer months. All passengers should arrive in suitable attire which will not be damaged by exposure to sea water or sunlight. • Guest can discuss with our tour guide and customize the itinerary, guest have to pay directly if any additional entrance ticket applicable which is not included in the above itinerary. • As part of ongoing COVID-19 virus preventative measures, some of the Tourist sites which is included in the given itinerary remain closed, so alternate visits / photo stops will be arranged.

• Your centrally located Dubai Hotels • For guest staying in any Private Residence or Villas in Dubai , pick up can be arranged from any nearby hotels. • Pick up service from Jebel Ali Hotels, Bab Al Shams or from Al Maha Desert Resort or others locations ( which is not in City limit) are available only with additional cost upon request based on your location. • For Transit guest, pick up can be arranged from any nearby Airport Hotels ( without luggage) >> Departure time : - Afternoon Dubai City tour - Between 02:00 pm and 02:30 pm approximately
