Redemption Instructions

• Tour departs from the Picton Visitors Centre car park where the bus shuttle will stop. • Your chauffeur can be reached at +64 22018 2470. • Varies with each Ship Schedule. Pilot Station to Wharf can take up to 2 hours. Tour departure can vary usually 1 - 2 hours from docking at wharf. Generally if a Ship docks in Picton at 8 am the Tour starts at 10:00 am - 10:30 am • EG: 0600 hrs at Pilot Station - 0800 hrs at wharf - Disembark approx:  9-10 am - Tour Start: 10 - 10:30 am as soon as everyone has arrived.  • PLEASE ARRIVE IF POSSIBLE 1 HOUR AFTER DOCKING AT WHARF. NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR START TIME. WE WILL NOT DEPART WITHOUT YOU.  WE WILL BE IN THE PICTON VISITORS CENTRE CAR PARK NEAR THE VEHICLES WITH A SIGNBOARD WITH YOUR NAME. WHITE VEHICLES WITH SIGNAGE AND BLACK UNIFORMS WITH GOLD SCARF OR TIE. PLEASE CONTACT CHAUFFEUR VIA MOBILE PHONE SUPPLIED ON YOUR VOUCHER. 

Pickup Information

Your tour start time can vary as it is dependant on the ships given arrival time at the Pilot Station, then 2.5hrs to the wharf, Disembarking and getting in to a shuttle. You must arrive to us as soon as possible from the time the shuttles start. We could depart as early as 9am or later at 11am. We will be waiting at the Bus Stop on footpath near the verandah steps. Turn left off the bus and follow the blue line to us where we will have a signboard with your name. If raining, please wait on the verandah. It would be appreciated if you could take an early shuttle to reach us 30 minutes prior to start time. Start time could be earlier if all on board. Be ready to disembark as soon as you are allowed and take note that queues may be present and the tours booked by the ship disembark first.
