Departing from Palma, we travel through scenic landscapes to a family-owned winery in the Binissalem region. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed for a guided tour of the vineyards and estate, learning about the history, traditions, and modern techniques of local winemaking. Discover how the unique climate and soil shape the character of these wines while exploring the cellars and production areas.
