Redemption Instructions

Please present your Viator e-ticket at the Cabo Adventures Marina Office upon arrival. The Cabo Adventures team will verify your reservation and complete your check-in before boarding. Your exact check-in time and final arrival instructions will be confirmed through Viator messaging after booking.

Pickup Information

Optional hotel transportation is available for USD 15 per guest. Select your hotel or designated pickup point when booking. Your exact pickup time and meeting location will be confirmed through Viator messaging. Transportation requests must be received at least 24 hours before departure. Please be ready in the hotel’s main lobby or assigned pickup area five minutes before the confirmed time. Shared vehicles follow scheduled routes, and drivers can wait for a maximum of five minutes. Arriving independently? Select “Cabo Adventures Marina Office — Self-Arrival” as your meeting point. The exact check-in location, required arrival time, and final instructions will be sent through Viator messaging after booking. One-way hotel pickup is also available for USD 15 per guest and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance.
