Overview

I am originally from the Zoque ethnic group of the Chimalapa community, Isthmus Region, Oaxaca state, I come from a chocolate family by tradition, here I can share my experience and knowledge that I have acquired over the years. In honor of my community, we have decided to call the project Chima, which in the Zoque language means “jicara”. Come and learn about our culture and prepare your own chocolate in a traditional way, with basic equipment that you can replicate at home! Suitable for teens, adults and anyone who wants to make their own Oaxacan chocolate. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. Cocoa and chocolate lovers. Cooking lovers. Chocolate makers
