Redemption Instructions

All transfers include a meet-and-greet service upon arrival. For international flights, your greeter will be waiting outside of customs. For domestic flights, your greeter will meet you at the baggage claim carousel. Please look for a representative holding a sign displaying your name. If you require a car seat or booster seat for your child, we are able to provide at an additional $25 each. Please call the car service once your booking is confirmed to add the child seat and arrange payment. Each passenger is limited to one piece of luggage and one personal item. If you require additional space for extra luggage, please book a larger vehicle.
