Redemption Instructions

• Each traveler is allowed maximum 1 pieces of luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Pickup Information

Meet & Greet at arrival all in the airport with name sign. The driver will monitor the flight and wait for you for free even in case of a flight delay. A WhatsApp number will be provided before arrival for real-time assistance.
