Pickup Information

Pickup is available between Narita International Airport and addresses within the selected Tokyo service area. For airport pickup, please provide your flight number, arrival date, scheduled landing time, terminal, lead traveler name, passenger count, luggage count, and reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking. If the flight number is provided, we can monitor the flight status and adjust for normal arrival delays. For hotel, apartment, station, or city pickup, please provide the exact pickup address, hotel name, building name, entrance details, pickup time, passenger count, luggage count, and reachable phone number or WhatsApp. For hotel pickup, please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance. For apartment or private accommodation pickup, please provide the full address and entrance instructions. For station pickup, please provide the station name, preferred exit, and meeting details in advance. Airport arrival pickup includes up to 90 minutes of free waiting time from the actual landing time. Hotel, accommodation, station, and city pickup includes up to 30 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the service day. If pickup information is incorrect, incomplete, or we cannot contact you, the transfer may not be provided as scheduled. Pickup and drop-off points may be adjusted if stopping or parking is restricted by airport, hotel, station, traffic, or local regulations. Night service fee: A flat JPY 2,000 applies from 22:00 to 07:00.
