Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before your scheduled tour departure. Cruise ship guests will be met inside Port Charlottetown at Gate W3 by a member of the Pauley Tours team. Your guide will be holding a Pauley Tours sign with your name on it and will escort you to your vehicle. Guests may present their booking confirmation on a mobile device or bring a printed copy. If you are unable to locate your guide after arriving at Gate W3, please call 902-213-5177. This private tour is reserved exclusively for your party and is operated by Pauley Charter and Adventure Tours. Please dress for changing weather conditions and wear comfortable footwear. Layers are recommended, as weather on Prince Edward Island can change throughout the day. Depending on the tour selected, opportunities for refreshments, shopping, or meals may be available. Specific inclusions and stops are outlined in your tour description. This tour operates on Prince Edward Island time. To ensure a timely departure and the best possible experience, we recommend arriving a few minutes early. Cruise ship guests whose vessel is unable to dock in Charlottetown due to weather, port conditions, or itinerary changes will receive a full refund. Pickup Information

Pickup is available Island-wide from hotels, Airbnb accommodations, the Charlottetown Airport, and private residences. For cruise ship guests, the primary meeting location is: Port Charlottetown – 1 Weymouth Street, Charlottetown, PEI Your guide will meet you directly at the cruise terminal upon arrival. at Gate E3 Custom pickup arrangements can be coordinated in advance to suit your schedule and location.
