Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• The listed price does not include a $X per person processing fee, payable at the time of tour check-in. The fee is required by our local supplier and is not within our control. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Pickup Information

For all customers on hotels/hostals/apartments in Las Condes, Providencia, Vitacura or Santiago downtown we´ll pick up them in their location. For other locations, we´ll set up a meeting point.
