Pickup Information

We offer hotel pickup and drop-off service for travelers staying in the Hanoi Old Quarter area. Pickup time is between 07:30 AM and 08:00 AM depending on the location of your hotel. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp one day before the tour to confirm the exact pickup time and meeting details. On the day of the tour, the driver or tour guide will wait for you at the hotel lobby and hold a sign with the lead traveler’s name. If your hotel is located outside the Old Quarter area, you can come to our office at No. 216 Hang Bong Street, Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam or meet us at Hanoi Opera House to join the tour. After the tour ends, we will drop you off at your hotel in the Old Quarter area or at the original meeting point.
