Pickup Information

We provide free hotel pickup and drop-off for all guests staying within the Ninh Binh city center, Tam Coc, and Trang An areas. If you're staying outside these zones (e.g., Bai Dinh, Kenh Ga, or other remote villages), please contact us in advance – we can arrange transportation for an additional fee. To ensure a smooth start to your journey, please: Provide your hotel name and address when booking. Be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before pickup time. We use comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles for all transfers. We also offer pickup from Ninh Binh train station, ideal for travelers arriving from Hanoi or other cities. If you're traveling by train, please inform us of your train number and arrival time in advance. Private transfer options are available for guests who prefer flexibility and privacy – perfect for families or small groups.
