Redemption Instructions

Please present your mobile e-ticket or printed voucher at the ticket exchange counter located approximately 50 meters before the main entrance control area of the show venue at Hoa Lu Ancient Town, Ninh Binh. Guests are kindly requested to exchange their tickets 15–20 minutes before the scheduled showtime to ensure smooth check-in and seating arrangements. Our staff will assist you upon arrival. Late arrivals may only be admitted during a suitable break in the performance.
