Redemption Instructions

• You will shortly receive an email with the confirmation of your exact pickup time. Please check your e-mail inbox. Should you not receive this email, please call the supplier directly at least 2 days prior to your tour/activity date • Each traveler is allowed maximum 1 pieces of luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. • As your transfer is private it may be possible to alter the departure time if required. Pickup Information

Your chosen time (transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) anyway we will also send a message suggesting the best pick up time for you to get to the airport in time for the flight you indicate.
