Learn about the "rock star" chefs of New Orleans. Learn the origins of cooking techniques and ingredients. Not only do you learn these interestingly unique food tales, you get to try such notable dishes as Gumbo, PoBoys or Muffaletas, Pralines, Beignets and Cafe au Lait.
