If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 100% refund if cancelled 6+ days before the start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 2–6 days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 2 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Please note: entrance tickets and transport included. This voucher will not be accepted if presented directly at the venue. • If there is any unforeseen event, such as delay or schedule change of  cruise ship, or extreme weather conditions, the local service provider reserves the right to make a change in the itinerary and offer an alternative that suits the situation at hand. • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination.
