Find the large bronze statue of a man on a horse (Charlemagne) on the main square in front of Notre Dame, on the side closer to the River Seine. You’ll find your guide wearing a black cap with the Scenic Zest Logo.
End Point
The main guided walking tour for the entire group concludes at the entrance to the Archaeological Crypt. Guests who booked the "Exterior Only" option will finish their tour here.
Redemption Instructions
Meet at Statue de Charlemagne, Parvis Notre-Dame, 75004 Paris. Arrive 10 minutes early. Morning Tour (8:45 AM / 9:00 AM): Your expert guide meets you at the foot of Notre-Dame and places you inside the cathedral before the queues form. Explore the restored interior at your own pace until 9:30 AM, then rejoin your guide outside for the full walking tour — Notre-Dame's exterior secrets, the gargoyles, the flying buttresses, the 2019 fire story, then on to Sainte-Chapelle and the Conciergerie. Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes. Evening Tour (5:30 PM): Your expert guide leads you through Île de la Cité at golden hour — Notre-Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, the Conciergerie, the bouquinistes along the Seine. This is a tip-based experience. Your €5 secures your place. At the end of the tour, show your appreciation directly to your guide. Duration: 1 hour. Dress code at Notre-Dame: shoulders covered, no shorts or skirts above the knee.
