For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Please provide a valid email address to info@nativecreativeconcierge.com. A follow-up/reminder email with additional information will be sent 2-3 days before the excursion.  • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. There is a lot of walking during this excursion.  • Minimum age is 12 years • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Contact info@nativecreativeconcierge.com with any questions.
