For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Please meet your Gray Line guide at the Niagara Parks Welcome Centre at Clifton Hill, located at the intersection of Clifton Hill and Falls Avenue, opposite Oakes Garden Theatre. Please look for the Gray Line guide/signage and be ready at the bus stop at least 15 minutes before departure.
Redemption Instructions
Pick up in Niagara Fallsview Sheraton 10am (boarding begins at 9:45AM - right by Starbucks (kindly know that the tour bus might be slightly delayed coming from Toronto)
